1003 Glades Rd.
Gatlinburg, Tennessee, USA
I75: On I75 at Knoxville; go east on 640 bypass to I40 East to Ashville (about 35 minutes) to exit 407. From May to October, go further to exit 435 (Newport), 440 (Wilton Springs), 443 (Cosby). This will take a little longer to exit, but is smooth sailing in to Hwy 321. This will save you 2 to 4 hours in traffic, due to the fact that all 20 million visitors think that there is only one way in. Enter onto Hwy 321 west to Gatlinburg, at the first red light, just before McDonalds, turn right on Glades Rd. We are down 2.5 miles on the left, the white farm house and barn with the big sign with Lil Miss. If you hit a dead end you’ve just missed us. The Great Smoky Arts & Crafts Community is the largest group of independent artisans in North America.

In an authentic 1890’s mountain homestead, like Disney did for Disneyland, Paul Murray has recreated everything you see. He saved this old house from demise, with an eye for detail, (even with the stitchin’ of every curtain!). Just like his masterful artwork, Paul brings the soul and oldtyme lifestyle to life. Stand among the treed canopy in our little hollow, complete with rail fence, ’49 Ford, the authentic garden with cans & jars and a log barn with a live donkey too. Come step back in time with walls of newspaper and crooked floors and wavy glass windows. It took a lot of work, but we hope you enjoy the real thing, from our heart to yours. An experience to remember!
